SHIPPING: Once your order is processed your tracking info will be emailed. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

*International Shipping: If shipping fee’s exceed the cost of the products purchased a full refund will be issued and you will be notified. The Low Boy template often times has an excessive shipping cost due to the size of the package.

*International Purchases: Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Please be aware that orders may be charged an extra duty tax that you are responsible for as the importer in order to receive your package.

RETURNED PACKAGES: International orders that are Returned to Sender will not receive a refund for shipping. USPS does not offer refunds for shipping.
